Refund & Replacement Policy

At MyVillageKart, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of handcrafted and vintage items, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide replacements only in case of damage during shipping.


1. No Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not provide cash refunds or returns for any reason.


2. Replacement Policy

We will provide a replacement for your product if:

  • The item is damaged during shipping.

  • You report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You share clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging as proof.


3. How to Request a Replacement

  • Contact us at mailmyvillagekart@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, product details, and images of the damage.

  • Once verified, we will ship you a replacement item at no additional cost.


4. Exceptions

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural in handcrafted products and will not be considered as damage.

  • Failure to report damage within 48 hours will make the product ineligible for replacement.
