5. Refunds & Replacements

  • No Refund Policy: All sales are final; we do not provide refunds.

  • Replacement Policy: Only items damaged during shipping are eligible for replacement (see our Refund & Replacement Policy).

  • Provide accurate shipping details while placing an order. MyVillageKart is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Customers must inspect their product upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
