Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Since our products are handcrafted, in rare cases, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
In case of any promotional offers, free shipping may be applicable as mentioned.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking ID to monitor your order status.

5. Delays

MyVillageKart is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, or any events beyond our control.
We will, however, assist you in tracking and resolving shipping issues.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is damaged during shipping, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy.
In the rare event of a lost package, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.
